Application
- These terms and conditions will apply to the requests and reservation of exhibition booth on 10th September 2019 at Skycity Conference Centre by you. We are New Zealand Chinese Travel & Tourism Association with email address info@nzctta.nz; telephone number 027-6692882.
- These terms and condition will apply to the purchase via NZCTTA’s Eventbrite account:https://www.eventbrite.com/e/new-zeanland-tourism-trade-fairnzctta-members-only-tickets-66147867051.
- If you wish to pay via bank transfer, you must follow instructions that we provide on your specific invoice, and reference this transaction as your COMPANY NAME or Your Invoice Number.
- For buyer’s payments via Eventbrite, you must follow instructions provided on the website to complete your order with an apparent reference and correct business details filled out.
Exhibition:
- All sellers must settle their stand and make sure all display items are ready before 9:00 am and follows the instruction provided by organizing staffs. Sellers must set their booth according to the allocation map, which will be delivered 1-2 weeks before the exhibition start.
- Content of your business must be industrially relevant and positive, NZCTTA obtains the rights for selecting the content of the display.

Pricing & Refund
- All prices we listed on the website, email, social media platform or private conversation are GST included. We will not ask you for any extra payment irrelevant to the price list we provided on www.nzctta.nz.
- Every invoice we informed you would have vailed time for five calendar days. If you exceed the date, we will not be able to process your payment and reservation, which means you must make a new request or reservation, and NZCTTA suggest you to directly contact via phone or email we provided in T&Cs instructions.
- Once the payment processed via our system, refund is not guaranteed for any circumstance.
